I have been learning about makeup. I have been interested in makeup because I go to PACK, which is a performing arts center for kids. My mom was always the backstage parent so she would always put on my makeup but now she wants to watch in the audience, so I have to put on my own makeup and I want to be good at it for the next show. Also I just want to learn. Every day at 2:00 I FaceTime with my friend June she is a makeup expert so she teaches me a new makeup trick every day!!!!!!!!
June wore makeup to one of our class meets. She shared she was experimenting with makeup and I thought “oh! That is a great idea!” So 2 days later my dad texted June’s mom and dad–they have wanted June and me to become friends for a LONG, LONG time–so we decided that we should work on makeup together. I played on my screen at 1:00 and then go on again at 3:00. So I had a gap at 2:00. So from then on I did makeup with June from 2:00 to 3:00.

Wow Lena, that’s quite a makeup kit. I love all the colors. What part of your face are you concentrating on? With your exotic hair, I think you’ll have a lot of choices of special looks to play with. I’d like be to see pictures.

When you are ready for a tutorial on a different kind of makeup–that is, making things up–let me know. Though maybe with your mad scientist, creative brain, you could teach that tutorial. You could help those of us who are too serious and need to get more imaginative.
