School had recently been cancelled and I was excited it was the weekend! I just love playing Roblox. I had played all morning and just exited the app for a second and when I reentered, my Roblox account had logged itself out! The password was not working so my mom emailed the Roblox company and they asked for receipts to prove I owned the account. But it took a while for them to write my mom back. So I had to wait a week! I was devastated that I had no Roblox!
Now I am SOOOOOO happy that I got it back!!! They finally wrote back my mom and we fixed the problem.
My friends Roblox account was also signed out of! This made me think that lots of accounts are being signed out of. That is why I am showing what Roblox sent back to my mom.
To change the password and access the account again, please use our Password Reset feature. It will provide you with password reset instructions.
Once there, do the following:
Fill in the Email Address box
Click the blue Submit buttonA link will then be sent to the account’s registered email address which can then be used to reset the password. If you are not receiving this email, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder and make sure that emails from roblox.com are not being blocked by your email provider. If this continues to give you difficulty, please let us know.
